We do our utmost to carefully pack ceramics in order to avoid any breakage but in rare instances it does occur. Email us photos of the broken item upon receipt. We will send a replacement with your next order.
PACKAGE RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS/NOT DELIVERABLE/CUSTOMS DECLINED/ETC
This is a very unfortunate situation that can be avoided. Before placing any orders, check with your local customs to make sure tea/ceramics shipments are allowed into your country. Always make sure the shipping address is 100% correct before placing the order.
In the event this situations occurs you have 2 options:
1. You decide not to have us re-send the package. In this option, we will refund the purchase price minus the price of the return postage (that means the price we were charged in shipping when the package was sent back to us for any of the reasons listed in this section). Note that means you will have paid for double postage. The 1st postage from when we sent the package to you and the 2nd postage from when the package was returned back to us for any of the reasons listed in this section. To avoid double postage, please check to make sure customs allows tea/ceramics shipments into your country and that the shipping address is correct and everyone will be much happier.
2. You decide to have us re-send the package once you have corrected the address and/or spoken with customs to resolve the issue. In this case you will be charged triple postage. The 1st postage from when we sent the package to you, the 2nd postage from when the package was returned back to us for any of the reasons listed in this section and the 3rd postage from when we re-send the package back to you. To avoid triple postage, please check to make sure customs allows tea/ceramic shipments into your country and that the shipping address is correct and everyone will be much happier.
Always best to check with the customs agency and local authorities in your country before ordering to see what additional costs, if any, you might incur as these costs are your responsibility.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE
The best way to avoid this situation is to choose signature confirmation on your shipping as this situation is solely the responsibility of the customer. If you are worried you will not be home at the time of delivery, you could consider shipping to your work address or maybe a relative that lives nearby or a trusted friend that works from home, etc.

Tea and ceramics are produced in nature and therefore subject to allergen exposure including but not limited to nuts, seeds, grains, fruit and wheat. We cannot guarantee allergen free on any of our products. If you have allergies do not purchase any products from us.
