if you are not using Gaiwan to drink green tea, we suggest using a glass like this , put 3-5g of green tea in , and fill up 85C(185F) water to 80% of the cup and drink down half of the tea then safe half do not drink , fill up the cup with 85C( 185F) water again to 80% of the cup , then keep refill like this untill no flavor . this way every cup of the tea will be as even strength as possible. also this way you can enjoy the tea dance better, watching the tea stand up at the bottom of your cup is very pleasant :)
